Financial Commission Dispute Resolution and Compensation Fund
Both GTC Global Ltd and GTC Global Trade Capital Ltd jointed Financial Commission as official members — Financial Commission, an international organization dedicated to resolving financial service disputes in the foreign exchange industry and providing traders with additional financial protection.
As a neutral third-party commission, the Financial Commission impartially reviews and resolves transaction disputes, offering a simpler and faster solution compared to industry regulators and judicial proceedings. Independent of any party, the commission ensures that dispute resolution is swift, efficient, fair, and credible.
What does it bring to traders?
Fast, fair, and transparent dispute resolution
Additional funding is provided by the Compensation Fund.
A fully independent third-party external dispute resolution (EDR) institution.
How It Works
How are the funds managed?
The Compensation Fund is a compensation mechanism maintained by the Financial Commission for eligible clients of its members. According to the Financial Commission’s Rules, the Fund is held in a separate bank account and may be used to satisfy an eligible Award if a member fails or refuses to comply with that Award, or ceases to be a member before paying it. Any payment is subject to the applicable Rules, compensation limits and available fund balance. The Fund is not an insurance policy, deposit-guarantee scheme or general protection against trading losses or broker insolvency. It applies only to eligible claims made against the specific legal entity that holds Financial Commission membership.
