1. General Provisions
- GTC offers a 15% losable bonus on qualifying deposits, up to a maximum of $1000.
- The bonus is credited to the client's trading account as Credit and may be used as margin.
- Clients must make a minimum deposit of $1000 to qualify for this promotion.
- The bonus is available on one standard trading account per client and is not applicable to cent, PAMM, MAM, or Social Trading accounts.
- The client must clearly agree to participate by accepting these T&Cs from a company representative and replying with a phrase such as: "I accept the 10% Bonus T&Cs."
2. Bonus Mechanics
- The Losable Bonus allows clients to trade with a combined amount of their deposit and bonus.
- Example: A client deposits $1,000 and receives a $100 bonus. They can trade with $1,100. If they lose $1,100, the bonus covers the final $100, resulting in a $0 balance.
- The bonus acts as temporary trading capital but is not part of the account balance until converted based on trading activity.
- The bonus will be removed if a withdrawal or internal transfer is requested before meeting the required trading conditions.
- If a client requests a negative balance adjustment, the entire bonus will be removed to offset the negative amount.
3. Withdrawals & Internal Transfers
- The bonus is not withdrawable until turnover conditions are met.
- The bonus will automatically expire after 90 days.
4. Limitations & Restrictions
- Use of abusive or exploitative Expert Advisors (EAs), arbitrage, or manipulation tactics will lead to immediate disqualification from the Promotion and bonus removal.
- The bonus will be automatically removed in case of any withdrawal or internal transfer from the trading account before meeting the turnover requirements.
- The bonus is non-transferable between accounts and cannot be re-issued once removed.
- Clients may only participate in one promotion at a time.
5. Final Provisions
- GTC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or its terms at any time, without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute or suspicion of abuse, GTC's decision shall be final and binding.
